How much does the live demo cost?

Our live demos are free of charge. They offer you the opportunity to try out and get to know the MARO Model 1 for yourself – completely without obligation.

What happens during a consultation?

During our consultation, we'll take the time to talk to you—by phone or video call. We'll answer your questions, address your needs, and help you find the right setup for you. This way, you'll get a clear picture of whether the MARO Model 1 is a good fit for you.

Do I need to have any prior knowledge?

No, absolutely not. We'll meet you right where you are—whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced home barista. Our goal is for you to feel confident and comfortable with the machine right away.

Can I drop by the showroom spontaneously?

Please make an appointment in advance. This way, we can ensure that someone from our team has time for you and that you receive our full attention.

Can I bring my own equipment and/or coffee?

With pleasure! Just bring your equipment or your favorite coffee. This way, you can test the MARO Model 1 under real-life conditions, just as you would use it at home.

Can I bring someone with me?

Sure, feel free to bring someone along. Whether it's friends or family—the experience is even more fun together.

How long does a live demo last?

We typically allow 60–90 minutes for a live demo. This allows enough time to try out the machine in peace and answer your individual questions.
