We're two friends, coffee lovers and tech nerdsβ€”and now entrepreneurs, too. Even back in the day, we loved tinkering with gadgets after school. One day, we took apart Max's first espresso machine and wondered: Why is there still such ancient technology in it? We knew immediately: This can be done better! πŸ’‘

Said and done.

We developed a completely new type of espresso machine. Our first model, the MARO Model 1, was launched in 2024 – a machine that improved everything that used to annoy us about espresso machines.

We are now more than proud that MARO is already in many kitchens and our customers can enjoy their perfect espresso every day.
