Why pre-order?
The MARO Model 1 isn't mass-produced. We produce in batches – with the goal of getting the best for you. This means your machine isn't built until you order it.
This type of manufacturing allows us to guarantee maximum quality, utilize resources wisely, and plan our production reliably. In short: you don't get a stock product—you get your machine.
How is your Model 1 created?

Each MARO is individually manufactured. Serial number, configuration, and final inspection – everything is tailored to your model. You're not getting an anonymous machine, but a device that has been assembled with care and love, just waiting for you.
Shipping or pickup?
You have the choice:
- Shipping We deliver throughout Europe by courier – carefully packaged and insured.
- Pickup: Want to meet us? Then come to Suhl and pick up your MARO in person. Or meet us at our showroom in Leipzig. As soon as the completion date of your machine is known, we'll let you know to arrange a convenient pickup time.
Payment & Options
- Online shop:
When you purchase through our online shop, your payment method is charged immediately. This gives us planning security and allows us to start production right away.
- Direct contact / offer:
We only offer a 50% deposit if you contact us directly. This payment method cannot be combined with PayPal .
